Join our exciting new program designed to improve strength, balance, and coordination for those living with Parkinson's or a similar chronic disease. Led by experienced instructors Betsy Land and Gail Person, this research-based class combines cycling, boxing, and other targeted exercises to address specific needs associated with the disease.

In this class, you will:
