Whether you're a true beginner to fitness, rehabilitating after injury or illness, or looking for a way to maximize results, let the personal training staff at the Y design a program just for you! Our trainers, certified in various specialties, will provide you with personalized coaching, an individualized regimen, and specific guidance toward personal and physical growth and well-being.

Training for Two
Training for Two provides you with a personalized exercise experience along with a friend or family member so you can support and motivate each other, and achieve your goals together. Both participants MUST be Foundation YMCA members.
